Common use of Service Registration Clause in Contracts

Service Registration. The Assignee shall have the right at any time, and from time to time, to serve the present Assignment or notice thereof on any one or more of the other parties to the Contracts. The Assignee shall also have the right at any time and without notice to the Assignor to cause the present Assignment to be registered or filed in any place or office where the Assignee or its counsel deem advisable or necessary.
