Service Required. for Allowance In order to be eligible for the uniform allowance the employee must be on active duty status for at least three (3) months of each six (6) month period set forth in Section 22.2. Employees on active duty status for less than three (3) months of each such six (6) month period shall have the uniform allowance for that period pro- rated to the number of full months of active duty status in such period.
