Common use of Service Requirement Clause in Contracts

Service Requirement. An Eligible Employee must complete the following minimum service requirements to participate in the Plan. If a different minimum service requirement applies for the same contribution type for different groups of Employees or for different contribution formulas, such differences may be described below. 🞎 🗹 (1) There is no minimum service requirement for participation in the Plan. 🞎 🞎 (2) One Year of Service (as defined in Section 2.03(a)(1) of the Plan and AA §4-3).
