SERVICE SELECTION Sample Clauses
The SERVICE SELECTION clause defines how the specific services to be provided under an agreement are chosen and documented. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which a client selects from a menu of available services, often through a written order form, schedule, or online portal. By clearly specifying which services are included, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the scope of work, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over what is or is not covered by the agreement.
