You acknowledge that when using the Internet Service there are certain applications, such as a web browser or email client, that use protocols such as FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) which may be used by others to gain access to your computer and operating system including all software, files and data thereon.
