Service Software Clause Samples

The 'Service Software' clause defines the terms under which software is provided as part of a service agreement. It typically outlines the scope of software access, usage rights, and any restrictions or obligations on the client, such as prohibiting reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution. This clause ensures both parties understand how the software can be used within the service, protecting the provider’s intellectual property and clarifying the client’s rights, thereby reducing the risk of misuse or legal disputes.
