Common use of Service Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Service Supervisor. CONTRACTOR shall assign a qualified 11 supervisor to be in charge of the SFD Recycling Services within the Service District(s) 12 and shall provide the name of that person in writing to the City Representative on or 13 before May 1, 2007, and annually by July 1st of each subsequent Agreement Year of 14 the term of this Agreement, and any other time the person in that position changes. 15 The supervisor shall be physically located in the Service District(s) and available to the 16 Contract Manager through the use of telecommunication equipment at all times that 17 CONTRACTOR is providing SFD Recycling Services. In the event the supervisor is 18 unavailable due to illness or vacation, CONTRACTOR shall designate an acceptable 19 substitute who shall be available and who has the authority to act in the same capacity 20 as the supervisor.

Service Supervisor. 13 CONTRACTOR shall assign a qualified 11 supervisor supervisor(s) to be in charge of the SFD Recycling Solid 14 Waste Collection Services within the Service District(s) 12 and shall provide the name of that person or those persons 15 in writing to the City Representative on or 13 before May 1, 2007, and annually by July 1st 1 of each subsequent Agreement Year year of 14 the term of this 16 Agreement, and any other time the person person(s) in that position changes. 15 The supervisor 17 supervisor(s) shall be physically located in the geographic boundaries of the Service District(s) 18 Districts and available to the 16 Contract Manager contract manager through the use of telecommunication 19 equipment at all times that 17 CONTRACTOR is providing SFD Recycling Solid Waste Collection 20 Services. In the event the supervisor is 18 unavailable due to illness or vacation, 21 CONTRACTOR shall designate an acceptable 19 substitute who shall be available and 22 who has the authority to act in the same capacity 20 as the supervisor.
