Common use of Service Support Requirements Clause in Contracts

Service Support Requirements. 1.6.2.1. The Contractor shall administer and purchase or provide services and supports for persons determined to be eligible under this Contract. The Contractor shall not be responsible for guaranteeing services to eligible persons under this Contract in the event that there are no Providers available to provide services. The following services and supports shall be purchased or provided by the Contractor: Community Centered Board Designation 1.6.2.1.1.1. Subject to available appropriations, the Department shall provide or purchase authorized services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities pursuant to C.R.S. § 25.5-10-206, by contracting with the Community Centered Board (CCB) under C.R.S. § 25.5-10-209, and have the Contractor purchase or provide services for eligible persons under the provisions of C.R.S. § 25.5-10-211 et seq. In accordance with applicable statutes and rules, the Contractor, has been designated as the Community Centered Board serving Larimer County.

Title 25.5, Article 10, to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
