Service Terms and Conditions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this LTA and the section 2 of the LNG Access Code, during the Contract Term, Terminal Operator shall provide Shipper with, and Shipper shall pay for, the LNG Services as Shipper may have subscribed pursuant to any Services Confirmation (attachment A of the LTA), for the relevant Service Term.
