Service to be Provided - Contractor to supply the services a. The Contractor shall provide the Services specified in the purchase order from the Authority / Contract Participant, and the Service shall be of a quality stated in the Specification and shall be of the Contract Standard, or Service Level Agreed as the Authority/ Contract Participant shall from time to time direct. b. The Service shall conform in all respects with the requirement of any statutes, orders, regulation or bylaws from time to time in force. The Authority/ Contract Participant shall at all times rely on the skill and judgement of the Contractor in that it purports to be skilled in the supply of the Services and execution of the Contract. c. The Contractor shall employ sufficient persons to ensure the smooth running of the execution of the Contract and is provided for at all times and in respects to the Contracted Specification. d. The Contractor shall provide the Authority with such reports of its work, at such intervals and in such form as the Authority may from time to time require.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

The Contractor shall ensure that the plan complies with applicable standards. The Contractor agrees to work with the Agency as necessary when the Contractor is developing an individualized service plan. B. When transporting Consumers, the Contractor shall have a policy in place regarding transportation of consumers. We may request a copy of this policy at any time. This policy will include: 1. Verification of employee drivers’ license along with a copy of the said license on file.
