Servicer and Special Servicer May Own Certificates. The Servicer, the Special Servicer and any agent thereof in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates with the same rights it would have if it were not the Servicer or the Special Servicer or such agent except as otherwise provided herein (including such restrictions on voting set forth in the definition of Certificateholder).
