Servicer Records. On or before the Closing Date, the Servicer will indicate in its records that it is servicing and administering each Contract in its capacity as Servicer hereunder, at the request and for the benefit of the Transferor (and subject to the provisions of the applicable Transaction Documents) and its successors and assigns (including the Issuer and the Trustee).
