Servicer to Service. The Servicer, as an independent contractor, shall service and administer the Securitized Loans from and after the Closing Date and shall have full power and authority, acting alone, to do any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which the Servicer may deem necessary or desirable, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and with Accepted Servicing Practices. The Servicer may designate the sub-servicer to perform the obligations hereunder, provided that such designation shall not relieve the Servicer of such obligations. The Seller and the Servicer additionally agree as follows:
