Common use of Servicer's Compensation Clause in Contracts

Servicer's Compensation. The Servicer’s Compensation for performing its responsibilities as the servicer with respect to any Purchased Receivables on any day shall be equal to the quotient of (A) the product of (1) one-half of one percent (0.50%), and (2) the Account Balances of Purchased Receivables on such day, divided by (B) 360. Subject to Section 6.07(a), the Pro Rata Portion of the Servicer’s Compensation shall be retained by the Servicer in accordance with Section 5.03 hereof or paid to the Servicer by each Buyer in the event Collections are applied in accordance with Section 5.04 hereof; provided, however, that if the Company is the Servicer, the Servicer’s Compensation shall not be paid on or after any day on which a Termination Event shall have occurred and be continuing.
