Services and Resources Sample Clauses

The "Services and Resources" clause defines the specific services to be provided and the resources to be made available under the agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work, the responsibilities of each party regarding the provision or use of resources, and may specify any limitations or requirements related to these services. For example, it might detail the types of support, equipment, or personnel involved. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is being delivered and utilized, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and setting expectations for performance.
