Services by Third Parties. Realty, without cause, may itself perform or may procure from a third party any of the services or benefits specified in Section 2 hereof. The Service Provider shall discontinue providing such services or benefits upon written notice by Realty, delivered at least 90 days before the requested termination date, and the Support Services Fee will be reduced accordingly.
