Common use of Services During Certain Events Clause in Contracts

Services During Certain Events. In the event a proposal is made to effect a Change in Control (as defined in Section 3 hereof), the Executive agrees that he will not voluntarily leave the employ of or cancel his consultancy with the Company and will render the services contemplated in the recitals of this Agreement until such proposal for a Change in Control is terminated or abandoned or until six (6) months after a Change in Control has occurred.
