Common use of Services General Clause in Contracts

Services General. 6.1. The Company shall have the right to make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services, and the Company shall notify the Customer in any such event. 6.2. The Company warrants to the Customer that the Services will be provided using reasonable skill and care. 6.3. The conditions implied by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the Agreement. 6.4. The Customer shall inform the Company as soon as reasonably practicable if the Value of Stock increases by more than twenty- five (25)%. Failure to notify the Company of such changes may, subject to clause 13.1, reduce the Company’s liability to the Customer in the event of any claim made by the Customer.
