Services Manager. Purchaser (or its designated Affiliates) and Vendor Affiliate will each appoint a single “Services Manager” who will serve as the primary point of contact for the other Party for matters related to this Agreement. Each Party shall use reasonable efforts to minimise changes to the person who is serving as its Services Manager. Subject to the foregoing, a Party may replace its Services Manager with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by notifying the other Party of the new appointment.
