Services Not to be Withheld; PROVIDER Relief Clause Samples

The 'Services Not to be Withheld; PROVIDER Relief' clause ensures that the service provider must continue delivering contracted services even if there is a dispute or delay in payment from the client. Typically, this clause prevents the provider from suspending or withholding services as leverage during disagreements, while also outlining specific remedies or relief available to the provider if non-payment persists, such as interest on overdue amounts or the right to escalate the issue. Its core function is to maintain uninterrupted service delivery while balancing the provider’s right to seek compensation, thereby protecting the client’s operations and providing a structured process for resolving payment issues.
