Services Overview. This E xhibit 2.7.3 - Managed Application Services – Rate Card Resources sets forth the roles and responsibilities of the Parties for the Services provided under the Agreement. DIR is seeking a Service Provider to deliver the following types of services: 1. Rate Card Resources  A mechanism to provision technical workers to supplement a customer’s responsibilities related to application management. It is also commonly referred to as “buying resources.” The type and scope of work will be determined by the STC Customer and agreed between the Service Provider and STC Customer. The STC Customer will provide timely feedback on the rate card resource performance. The Service Provider is responsible to replace the resource as requested.
