SERVICES TERMS Clause Samples

The Services Terms clause defines the specific terms and conditions that govern the provision and use of services under an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of services to be delivered, performance standards, timelines, and any responsibilities of both the service provider and the client. For example, it may specify what deliverables are included, how changes to the services are handled, and the process for reporting issues. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and expectations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes related to service delivery.
