Common use of Services to be supplied Clause in Contracts

Services to be supplied. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide Adobe with the Direct Sales Services and the Finance Services during the Contract Term for the sums set out in the Charges Schedule and in accordance with the terms set out in the Direct Sales Schedules, the Statement of Work and this Agreement.
