Common use of Services to Existing Tenants Clause in Contracts

Services to Existing Tenants. Manager shall perform services for tenants of the Project which are normally provided by Owners of comparable buildings or which are specifically requested by Owner. Manager shall use its best efforts to render such services to tenants of the Project at a minimum cost to Owner consistent with Owner's standards for the Project.

Services to Existing Tenants. Property Manager shall perform services for tenants of the Project Property which are normally provided by Owners owners of comparable buildings Comparable Properties or which are specifically requested by OwnerOwner (based on the requirements of the tenant leases). Property Manager shall use its best efforts to render such services to tenants of the Project Property at a minimum cost to Owner consistent with Owner's ’s standards for the ProjectProperty.
