Common use of Servicing Activities Clause in Contracts

Servicing Activities. During the term of this Addendum, Seller shall, on behalf of Purchaser, properly conduct the Servicing by providing interim servicing for each of the Mortgage Loans in accordance with all Applicable Requirements, including, without limitation, making all Advances that are required under the Servicing Agreements and are eligible for reimbursement by the applicable Investor, subject to reimbursement by the Purchaser in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
