Companion Loan shall continue hereunder and in accordance with the related Intercreditor Agreement for so long as the corresponding Serviced Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property is part of the Trust Fund or for such longer period as is contemplated by the related Intercreditor Agreement and, to the extent consistent with the related Intercreditor Agreement, as any amounts payable by the related Companion Holder to or for the benefit of the Trust or any party hereto in accordance with the related Intercreditor Agreement remain due and owing.
