Servicing Released Basis. Consistent with the Buyers’ purchase of the Purchased Loans on a servicing-released basis, the Seller shall have no ownership right whatsoever as to any of the Purchased Loans or the servicing rights related thereto, unless and until such Purchased Loans are repurchased by the Seller. Rather, the Seller shall have only servicing responsibilities with respect to the Purchased Loans that are subject to termination in accordance with Section 19.
