Common use of Servicing Report Clause in Contracts

Servicing Report. On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Borrower, the Trustee, the Administrative Agent and the Liquidity Bank, a monthly statement determined as of the related Determination Date (a “Servicing Report”), signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto (as such form may be amended from time to time by such changes as are mutually agreeable to the Servicer, the Trustee and the Administrative Agent) and, in addition, a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Measurement Date.
