Common use of Servicing Tape Clause in Contracts

Servicing Tape. On the Reporting Date of each calendar month, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent (i) an electronic Purchased Mortgage Loans performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and (ii) electronically, in a format mutually acceptable to Administrative Agent and Seller, servicing information, including, without limitation, those fields reasonably requested by Administrative Agent from time to time, on a loan by loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans serviced by Seller or any Servicer for the month (or any portion thereof) prior to the Reporting Date. In addition to the foregoing information on each Reporting Date, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent such information upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
