Serving Notices. (a) A notice, demand, consent or other communication (Notice) given or made under this Agreement: (i) must be in writing and signed by a person duly authorised by the sender; and (ii) must be either delivered to the intended recipient by prepaid post or by hand or fax to the address or fax number specified in Item 1 or Item 2 of Schedule 1 as applicable or the address or fax number last notified by the intended recipient to the sender. (b) A Notice will be taken to be duly given or made: (i) in the case of delivery by person, when delivered; (ii) in the case of delivery by post, on the third Business Day after the date it is posted; and (iii) in the case of fax, on receipt by the sender of a transmission control report from the dispatching machine showing the relevant number of pages, the correct destination fax machine number and the result of the transmission as "OK" but if the result is that a Notice would be taken to be given or made on a day that is not a business day in the place to which the Notice is sent or is later than 4.00pm (local time) it will be taken to have been duly given or made at the commencement of business on the next business day in that place. (c) Where any notice under this Agreement is required or permitted to be given by RASV to the Exhibitor, it may be given on behalf of RASV by the Manager.

(b) A Notice will be taken to be duly given or made:

(ii) in the case of delivery by post, on the third Business Day day after the date it is posted; and;
(iii) in the case of fax, on receipt by the sender of a successful transmission control report from the dispatching machine showing the relevant number of pages, the correct destination fax machine number and the result of the transmission as "OK" ";
(iv) in the case of email, on the day that the email was sent provided no notice has been received by the sender of a delivery failure, but if the result is that a Notice would be taken to be given or made on a day that is not a business day in the place to which the Notice is sent or is later than after 4.00pm (local time) it will be taken to have been duly given or made at the commencement of business 9 am (local time) on the next business day in that place.
(c) Where any notice Notice under this Agreement is required or permitted to be given by RASV AMF to the ExhibitorFood Truck Vendor, it may be given on behalf of RASV AMF by the Manager.
