Serving Notices. (a) The Service Provider may only serve a notice on the Customer by: (i) delivering it by hand; or (ii) Sending it by registered or pre-paid post, to the address in the Information table (as updated from time to time by Customer) or to the Customer’s registered address (iii) Sending by email to the email address in the information table (as updated from time to time by Customer) (b) The Customer may only serve a notice on the Service Provider by: (i) delivering it by hand; or (ii) sending it by registered post or prepaid to the address in the Information table (as updated from time to time by the Service Provider) or to the Service Provider registered address. (iii) Sending by email to the email address in the information table (as updated from time to time by Service Provider) (c) The Service Provider and the Customer may only update an address for the service of notices under this agreement by notice to the other parties to this agreement.
