Common use of Session Fees Clause in Contracts

Session Fees. Subscriber shall have sole authority to determine and set in real-time a User’s Session Fees (which shall include all applicable Taxes and Regulatory Charges) applicable to Subscriber’s Networked Charging Stations that are designated as Commercial Charging Stations.
