Common use of Set-off and counterclaim Clause in Contracts

Set-off and counterclaim. InvoX may set off any sums due to the Supplier under this Agreement or otherwise from any due from or liability of the Supplier. The Supplier shall not be entitled to setoff sums owed by invoX under a PO for any other reason.
