Common use of Set-Offs Clause in Contracts

Set-Offs. Contractor agrees that City shall have the right to set off any amounts which may become payable by City to Contractor under this Agreement or any other transaction with Contractor, any amounts which Contractor may owe to City, whether arising under this Agreement or otherwise.
