Common use of Set-Offs Clause in Contracts

Set-Offs. Buyer shall have the right at any time to set off any amount owing from Seller to Buyer, or Buyer's subsidiaries or affiliates, against any amount due and owing to Seller or any of Seller's subsidiaries or affiliates, pursuant to this Purchase Order or any other contractual agreement between Buyer and Seller or their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

Set-Offs. Buyer shall have has the right at any time to set set-off any amount owing from Seller amounts due to Buyer, or Buyer's subsidiaries or affiliates, against any amount due and owing to Seller Supplier (or any of Seller's subsidiaries its employed or affiliates, pursuant affiliated companies) against any amounts owed by Buyer with respect to this Purchase any Order or any subsequent Order or any other contractual agreement between Buyer and Seller the parties unless such set-off violates local law or their respective subsidiaries regulations. Supplier will not engage in set-off or affiliatesdeduction unless agreed to in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇.
