Common use of Set-Up Fee Clause in Contracts

Set-Up Fee. In consideration for PTC’s performing the Set Up Services, Subscriber hereby agrees to pay to PTC, or to a party designated by PTC, the Set Up Fee within thirty days of the Effective Date. No additional Set Up Fee is paid for Renewal Terms (as defined in Section 6). However, if this Agreement expires, causing Subscriber’s account to be terminated, and Subscriber subsequently elects to extend this Agreement or enter a new subscription agreement with PTC, then a Set Up Fee may apply.
