Set up the Facility. The Concessionaire shall design and develop/construct/ upgrade/redevelop, on the Project Site as per its discretion while ensuring compliance with all Applicable Laws. Pursuant to the completion of the construction, the Concessionaire shall operate, maintain and manage the Project Facilities during the Concession Period.
