You will not receive an invitation for next year if your booth is taken down before 3:00 PM. Please remove all trash and displays from the building at this time.

Set Up times &. Handovers (our technician standard hours are 10am-7pm 3.2.1 All AV orders are set up prior day (1pm-7pm), if a client hand-over coincides with our set up schedule, this is NOT charged = FREE (15 mins) 3.2.2 Out of hours set up (eg: prior to 10am/ after 7pm) = £60+VAT 3.2.3 Morning Client technical handover = £60+VAT (15 mins)

Set Up times &. On the Rental Date, upon arrival and prior to commencing any setup, the Member must check-in with the JPYC staff. All items brought into the Club by the Member must be removed by the Member prior to the End Time. No property belonging to JPYC shall be removed from the Club by the Member without the express consent of JPYC.

Related to Set Up times &

  • Make-up Time An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to work make-up time under which the employee takes time off during ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Contract Times The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.

  • WASH-UP TIME 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Lead Times Lead times for delivery of the Products are set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Lead Times”). Supplier shall deliver Products ordered by S&W by the applicable Delivery Date set forth in S&W’s Order, so long as the Delivery Date is consistent with the Lead Times. If applicable Lead Times are not set forth in Schedule B, the Delivery Date shall be such date as reasonably agreed to by the parties.
