Setback Requirements. Except as provided in Sections 8.7.2 and 8.7.7 of this Title, in an I Zone the yards shall be as follows: (A) The side yard shall be a minimum of ten feet (10’) between building overhangs. (B) The rear yard shall be a minimum of twenty feet (20’).
