Setting of Stormwater Utility User Fee Rate. (SFU’s): The Town shall be responsible each year for setting the Storm Water Utility User Fee Rate to be assessed on parcels within the Town. The Stormwater Utility User Fee rate shall be set in accordance with S. C. Code ▇▇▇. 48-14-120(C) (Supp. 2010), and S. C. Regs. 72-310(G) (Supp. 2010), or any other applicable law or regulation.
