Common use of Settlement Class List Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class List. No later than fourteen (14) business days after the execution of this Agreement, Defendant shall produce an electronic list from its records that includes the names, last known U.S. Mail addresses, and email addresses, to the extent available, belonging to persons within the Settlement Class. This electronic document shall be called the “Class List,” and shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator with a copy to Class Counsel. Providing the Class List shall be Meredith’s sole obligation with respect to the Notice Plan.

No later than fourteen five (145) business days after entry of the execution of this AgreementPreliminary Approval Order, Defendant shall produce an electronic list from its records that includes the names, last known U.S. Mail addresses, and email addresses, to the extent available, belonging to persons within the Settlement Class. This electronic document shall be called the “Class List,” and shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator with a copy to Class Counsel. Providing the Class List shall be Meredith’s sole obligation with respect to the Notice Plan.

No later than fourteen twenty-eight (1428) business days after the execution of this Agreement, Defendant shall produce an electronic list from its records that includes the names, names and last known U.S. Mail addresses of all Persons within the Settlement Class for whom Defendant has last known U.S. Mail addresses, and email addresses, to the extent available, belonging to persons specifically certain Persons within the Settlement ClassClass to whom Defendant mailed refund checks. This electronic document shall be called the “Class List,” and shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator with a copy to Class Counsel. Providing the Class List shall be Meredith’s sole obligation with respect to the Notice Plan.;

Providing the Class List shall be Meredith’s sole obligation with respect to the Notice PlanAdministrator.
