Settlement Date Payments. The Administrative Agent will notify the Seller and the Collection Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month of the Purchase Discount, Purchase Premium, Operating Expense Fee, the Unused Facility Fee, the Administration Fee and Collection Agent Fee.
