Common use of Settlement Dates Clause in Contracts

Settlement Dates. Accrued and unpaid interest on the Obligations, including any interest payable on any Loans prepaid pursuant to Section 3.06, shall be due and payable: (i) in arrears on each Settlement Date (for the Interest Period ending on or about such date or the immediately preceding calendar month, as applicable) and on the Maturity Date, and (ii) at any time and from time to time when an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, upon demand by the Administrative Agent. Interest hereunder shall be due and payable in accordance with the terms hereof before and after judgment, and before and after the commencement of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Law.
