Settlement Method. For any Option, Net Share Settlement; provided that if the Relevant Settlement Method as set forth below for such Option is not Net Share Settlement, then the Settlement Method for such Option shall be such Relevant Settlement Method, but only if Counterparty (or any agent authorized by Counterparty and previously identified to Dealer by Counterparty in writing) shall have notified Dealer of the Relevant Settlement Method in the Notice of Final Settlement Method for such Option. If any such agent on behalf of Counterparty provides any such notice, Dealer shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of such notice without any independent investigation, and the contents of such notice shall be binding on Counterparty.
