Settlement of the Payment. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller the purchase price set forth in Schedule 1 of each of the Pool Supplements by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account specified by the Seller. In addition, the Purchaser will also issue the Class A-5 Notes to the Seller pursuant to the Indenture.
