Settlement of Your Restricted Stock Units. If you become vested in your Restricted Stock Units on the Restricted Stock Unit Vesting Date, the Company will deliver to you the number of Common Shares then underlying your vested Restricted Stock Units within 90 days following the Restricted Stock Units Vesting Date.
