Settlement Sheet. At Closing, Transferor and Transferee shall execute the Closing Statement to reflect the credits, prorations and adjustments contemplated by or specifically provided for in this Agreement. The Closing Statement shall not duplicate the Proration Schedule and shall be prepared by the Title Company and approved by Transferee and Transferor, both acting reasonably.
