Common use of Settlement Website Clause in Contracts

Settlement Website. The Settlement Administrator will establish the Settlement Website as soon as practicable following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, but prior to dissemination of the Notice. The Settlement Website shall contain relevant documents, including, but not limited to, the Long Form Notice, the Claim Form, this Agreement, Settlement Class Representatives’ motion for preliminary approval of the Settlement, the Preliminary Approval Order, Settlement Class Representatives’ motion for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses, and/or service awards, and the operative complaint in the Action. The Settlement Website shall also include a toll-free telephone number, e-mail address, and mailing address through which Settlement Class Members may contact the Settlement Administrator directly. The Settlement Website shall not include any advertising and shall remain operational until at least sixty (60) days after all Settlement Payments have been distributed.
