Settlement Website. As soon as practicable following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, but prior to the Class Notice Date, the Claims Administrator shall establish a dedicated Settlement Website and shall maintain and update the website throughout the Claims Period, and shall post on the website the Long Form Notice and Claim Form approved by the Court, as well as this Settlement Agreement, the Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement, the Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and Service Awards, the Preliminary Approval Order, and the Final Approval Order and Judgment.
