Setup Fee. The Contractor may charge an initial Setup Fee for the costs associated with preparing Products for Customization. No other fees are authorized. In the event the Contractor already has the Customer’s Logo or Customization on file, the Contractor shall not charge the Customer a Setup Fee again. The Setup Fee will remain firm throughout the entire Initial Term and Renewal Term of the Contract. The Setup Fee shall not exceed the following amounts for each Category:
